Soybeans were higher on commercial and technical buying. China bought 132,000 tons of new crop U.S. beans and while weekly old crop exports were bearish, new crop sales were strong. The new marketing year for soybeans, and corn, starts September 1st. Development weather looks generally non-threatening as we get closer to widespread harvest activity, but still better in some areas than others. Soybean meal and oil followed beans higher, with meal regaining some of the product share lost earlier in the week.
