The marketing year for old crop corn and soybeans exports is ending on a slow note and new crop export sales are also running behind the pace of the previous two years.
But the head of commodity marketing for Iowa-based Landus Cooperative, Roger Fray, says the interest in new crop corn and beans is starting to pick up, a development he calls “reassuring”.
“We are at six year lows as far as new crop export commitments.
