Ohio-based Redline Equipment, a CASE IH dealer, purchased Indiana-based Koenig Equipment. The acquisition includes locations in Gas City, Huntington, Logansport, and Rossville.

Redline Equipment parts director Lisa Reffett will lead the transition. She says the company looks forward to serving customers in these communities.

Redline Equipment currently has stores in Michigan, Ohio, and one location in Indiana.

The deal is set to close mid-September.
