Soybeans were higher on short covering and technical buying. Contracts rebounded a little after Tuesday’s big drop, buying back part of that day’s losses. Forecasts have more moderate temperatures, but there are rainfall total uncertainties and demand is solid. The USDA’s weekly export sales report is out Thursday morning and there’s just about a month left in the 2016/17 marketing year. Sales have slowed down as South American supplies hit the market, but beans will likely meet or exceed USDA expectations.
