There are increasing reports of fungal diseases in crops where excess moisture has been a problem.
Randy Hagen is the Knowledge Transfer Agronomic Manager for Monsanto, covering most corn and soybean growing regions of the U.S.
He says areas that endured cool and wet conditions this spring are suffering.
“We’re starting to see gray leaf spot showing up in some areas. We’re starting to see some blights show up in the corn.
