Nebraska ag director Greg Ibach tells Brownfield he can’t comment on a report that he is being considered for a top post in the USDA.

Washington, D.C.-based news service Politico said this week it has talked to several unnamed sources who say Ibach is being considered for a USDA position, possibly undersecretary for marketing and regulatory programs.

Ibach told Brownfield, “I’m sure any ag leader in Nebraska would be interested in the opportunity to work in the USDA”.
