Producers are more optimistic about their financial positions

June’s Purdue/CME Group Ag Economy Barometer was just a tick higher than last month at 131. But, Purdue ag economist David Widmar says that’s not the most important takeaway from this month’s survey.
He says the survey also reflected a producer who is more confident in their financial position compared to 2016.
