US Ambassador to China Terry Branstad says now that the Chinese market for US beef has reopened, he’s optimistic exports will continue to increase. “We already sell a lot of soybeans and a lot of pork,” he says. “But I think with the growing middle class I think beef is going to be a big hit.”
