The economics of cattle feeding have been pretty challenging over the past few years. For some of the younger people in the business, like 38-year old Zak Kennedy and his brother Mitch of Atlantic, Iowa, it’s meant making some changes in order to keep doing what they love to do.
We visited with Zak at a recent Iowa Cattlemen’s Association meeting in Creston, Iowa.
