Soybeans were modestly higher on commercial and technical buying, along with the lower dollar, in pretty low trade volume. Demand continues to be good, even if exports are seeing a lot of additional competition from South America. Friday’s USDA reports are expected to show a year to year increase in quarterly stocks and the acreage number could be above March’s projection. The numbers are out Friday at Noon Eastern/11 AM Central. Weekly export numbers are set to be released Thursday at 8:30 AM Eastern/7:30 AM Central.
