The USDA reports corn and soybean export inspections as of the week ending June 22nd remain ahead of what’s needed to meet USDA projections for the 2016/17 marketing year. The 2016/17 marketing year for corn, soybeans, and sorghum runs through the end of August. The 2017/18 marketing year for wheat started June 1st.
Wheat came out at 629,070 tons, down 111,051 from the week ending June 15th, but up 115,301 from the week ending June 23rd, 2016.
