NCBA says ban is proof the food safety system works

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association says the ban on fresh beef from Brazil is proof the US food safety system works.
Colin Woodall says 100 percent of fresh beef imports from Brazil have been inspected. “The fact that have discovered some issues, has been enough to raise the concern means they are doing a good job in that inspection process,” he says. “This is something that I think we can all support and feel good about, to be honest.
