Will the world as we know it end – crops shriveling in the ground, livestock dropping dead, inland lakes, rivers and streams drying up – because the U.S. wants to rewrite the Paris climate change “accord?” The simple answer is “no.”
The Paris accord is a 2015 voluntary agreement among 195 countries that seeks to mitigate the effects of “climate change” as opposed to “global warming.” President Obama was one of the chief architects of the pact, his goal being to get the nations of the world on public record acknowledging the reality of climate change and publicly agreeing to do something about it.
