Ohio Farm Bureau has named a new organization director for Athens-Meigs, Gallia, and Lawrence counties.  Briggs Shoemaker will work along with Farm Bureau members to carry out policy priorities and serve their communities.

Shoemaker, a native of Gallia County, is a recent graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in agribusiness and applied economics.
