David Daniels, director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture says innovative technology will help Ohio farmers take big steps in improving water quality.
Earlier this week the department launched two news tools for farmers to use to help make better management decisions.
Director Daniels says the Ohio Applicator Forecast tool is designed to help nutrient applicators identify the best time to apply fertilizer.
