A member of the House Agriculture Committee says the power of social engagement will impact the next Farm Bill.
Representative Tim Walz of Minnesota took part in a Farm Bill meeting in Utica Thursday hosted by the Land Stewardship Project.
He told a packed community center members of Congress will be influenced by public perception.
