Nearly 20 ag organizations including the Minnesota Corn Growers (MCGA) are putting pressure on Governor Dayton to sign the Buffer Clarification Bill.
The group sent a joint letter to the capitol underlying concerns with the current Buffer Law like unclear provisions, poor timing, and a lack of financial compensation for land going out of production.
The Governor has repeated throughout the legislative session he will veto any proposed changes to the Law.
