Planting in Ohio slowed down by weather

Planting activity in Ohio last week was disrupted by weather.
On average, there was less than a day available for fieldwork, some fields saw significant ponding, and there’s talk of corn replanting in parts of the state.
46% of corn has been planted, compared to the five year average of 38%, and 12% has emerged. 16% of soybeans are planted, compared to 14% normally this time of year, and 1% has emerged.
