Central Indiana farmer Anngie Steinbarger says planting season has been off to a great start. “We’re on our last 50 acres of corn and corn planting will be completed for the season,” she says. “Our soybean planting is coming right along – and we’re about half done with soybeans.”
She tells Brownfield it’s been an unusually dry spring and she’s concerned. “We’re worried that some of the soybeans that we’ve planted might break their necks coming up,” she says.
