Farmers are faced with a tough decision. With cold and wet weather in the forecast, do you keep planting or wait for warmer and drier conditions?
Larry Klever, who farms in west-central Iowa near Audubon, decided to keep going.
“I started a little over a week ago and I’m still planting today (Wednesday) in the face of the cold weather,” Klever says. “It’s kind of risky and I’m not sure of the results.
