Ag Retailers Association offers crop protection technology webinar

The Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) is pushing for more stewardship among those who apply crop protection products. The group, representing manufacturers and sellers of those products, says resistance issues make it necessary to pay more attention to using the tools sustainably. The ARA has organized webinars on Herbicide Tolerant Crop Technology Stewardship on April 20 and 27. The webinars focus on new seed technologies tolerant to dicamba and 2, 4-D. The organization says the webinars will help growers follow label directions, maximizing results and making sure that the environment is protected.
