A poultry disease specialist says an online tool helps producers and emergency management authorities effectively contain poultry disease outbreaks.
Dr. Carol Cardona with the University of Minnesota says after the 2015 avian influenza outbreak, she developed a tool to help poultry producers who are faced with HPAI.
