The Fed Cattle Exchange Internet Auction had 5,245 head listed for Wednesday’s sale, but only one lot of Nebraska cattle of 120 head sold with a weighted average of 126.00, for 1-17 day delivery. There is no price comparison to last week when no cattle sold. A few bids are being reported by DTN private sources in Nebraska at 196.00 to 200.00 on a dressed basis. Asking prices are around 128.00 to 130.00 in the South, and 205.00 plus in the North.
