Sukup Manufacturing Co. has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Pennsylvania-based SBC Building Systems.

According to a news release, this venture will allow Sukup Steel Structures (a wholly owned subsidiary of Iowa-based Sukup Manufacturing Co.) to expand its presence on the east coast.

We discussed the move with Sukup vice president and CEO Steve Sukup.
