Soybeans were modestly higher on commercial and technical buying. Contracts were oversold and due for a bounce after the move to multi-month lows. Near term forecasts have heavy rain and even flooding in parts of Argentina, but conditions in most of Brazil look good. By all indications, South America remains on track for a record large soybean crop this year. Celeres now has Brazil at 113.8 million tons and FC Stone sees production at 111.6 million tons.
