The cash cattle market on Wednesday was poorly defined. One regional buyer in Nebraska has purchased several pens of high dressing cattle, replete with bonus paid for branded categories at 200.00 per hundredweight. It is suspected that asking prices have been adjusted downward from early week ideas, but DTN says they really haven’t heard much. Apparently some cattle in Nebraska have been priced around 205.00. The Fed Cattle Exchange Internet Auction listed a total of 3,572 head, but none were sold.
