An expected record South American soybean harvest has an analyst concerned about how long that crop could negatively impact U.S. prices.
Al Kluis of Kluis Commodities says yields of 60 to 70 bushels an acre are being reported in parts of northeast Brazil, and soybeans in Argentina have bounced back from persistent weather challenges.
“The total crop down there probably is between 200 and 300 million bushels larger than their previous estimate.
