Monsanto developing nematode fighting chemistry

Monsanto is developing a proprietary nematicide for growers, with expected EPA registration this spring and a full commercial launch in 2018. Jared Thomas, Monsanto Seed Applied Solutions portfolio manager, tells Brownfield farmers are underestimating the damage nematodes are causing in soybeans. Thomas told Brownfield at 2017 Commodity Classic, their NEMA STRIKE technology will be the solution.
