American Soybean Association (ASA) leaders will be addressing environmental regulations with lawmakers in Washington, D.C. this week.
ASA director Lawrence Sukalski of Minnesota says the controversial Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule remains a concern, even though President Trump issued an executive order to repeal it.
