House Speaker says organizations should be allowed to offer health insurance

Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan says organizations should be able to offer health insurance to their members. Ryan spoke with Ohio Farm Bureau leaders in Washington D.C. Wednesday. He says he supports the creation of association-based healthcare plans.
“What does that mean for farmers? Let you buy your insurance through the American Farm Bureau plan if you want to. So let’s take, not just the buying power of all Ohio farmers, why don’t we take the buying power of all farmers in America?
