Farmers visiting the Monsanto exhibit at the 2017 Commodity Classic were able to preview the introduction of DEKALB Disease Shield corn for the 2017 growing season. Matt Muckerman, Regional Marketing Manager for DEKALB/Asgrow told Brownfield DeKalb Disease Shield products take the high yield potential of exclusive genetics combined with resistance and control of the top yield-robbing corn diseases.

At Commodity Classic, farmers learned about a new online tool, the DEKALB Planting Rate Optimizer, that enables farmers to identify the optimal custom planting rates and peak profitability point for every DEKALB product they plant, based on their yield environment.
