A bipartisan group of Senators wants to make sure Rural Americans have access to affordable, quality healthcare.
Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly, a member of the group, says he has concerns about how the health care plan introduced by Republicans this week, which would repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, would impact Hoosier farmers and those in Rural America. “The bill before the House of Representatives now – I’m somewhat concerned about the fact that it appears that there will be a lot more Hoosiers that lose coverage because of this bill,” he says.
