Ron Obermoller gets excited when talking about agricultural research.
Obermoller, who farms near Brewster Minnesota, is a member of the Minnesota Soybean Association board of directors. He also serves as chair of the Minnesota’s Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI), which helps develop new uses for agricultural products through science and technology, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs to bring ideas to reality.
In an interview with Brownfield at Commodity Classic in San Antonio, Obermoller talked about some of AURI’s current research projects.
