Chad Asmus, Technical Marketing Manager for BASF tells Brownfield Engenia herbicide is available for growers for the 2017 growing season.

Stewardship has been at the core of the development of this herbicide and BASF is working to educate growers and custom applicators about the application parameters and best management practices.

Asmus reminds farmers that Engenia should be part of a comprehensive weed management system so while growers are placing orders for Engenia, they need to keep in mind other residual herbicides of sites of action to best steward the chemistry.
