Two Midwestern senators have drafted a letter urging President Trump to keep the point of obligation requirement in the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) as is.
Iowa’s Chuck Grassley and Minnesota’s Amy Klobuchar are leading the effort. Grassley says they want to remind Trump of his commitment to support the RFS.
“The President committed to supporting the RFS. He should hear the strong case for keeping the RFS as it is,” Grassley says.
