Lallemand acquires Nova

Nova Microbial Technologies has been acquired by Canada-based Lallemand Animal Nutrition.
The Gretna, Nebraska feed additives marketer and Lallemand both handle yeast and bacteria products, including probiotics and silage inoculants. Lallemand’s Jeff Ast says the deal creates exciting opportunities for the livestock producers both companies serve.
Terms were not announced.
