The Fuels America Coalition has severed ties with the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) amid rumors of an executive order by President Trump involving the Renewable Fuel Standard.

On Tuesday, RFA president and CEO Bob Dinneen released a statement saying the Trump Administration notified him that an executive order changing the point of obligation from ethanol refiners to position holders at the terminal was imminent.

Dinneen says despite RFA’s opposition to this, he was told it was not negotiable.
