Trump issue order on WOTUS, prepared to sign

According to the American Farm Bureau Federation, President Trump has issued an executive order killing the Waters of the U.S. rule, a hugely important step to many in agriculture. Trump is expected to sign the order at 1:00 pm Central. American Farm Bureau president Zippy Duvall issued a statement saying it’s a welcome relief to farmers and ranchers across the country. Duvall says the EPA failed to listen to farmers and ranchers when drafting the rule which could have put the smallest ponds and ditches under regulation, being declared federal waterways.
