The USDA reports soybean and wheat export sales for the week ending February 9th topped most pre-report estimates, while corn was towards the high end of expectations. Physical shipments of corn and soybeans were more than what’s needed to meet USDA projections for the 2016/17 marketing year.
Wheat came out at 569,100 tons (20.9 million bushels), up 8% from the week ending February 2nd and 10% higher than the four week average.
