There are a few scattered bids in feedlot country at 116.00 live and 185.00 to 186.000 dressed. The expectation is packer inquiry will continue to improve as the day progresses, but it is possible significant trade volume will be delayed until sometime on Friday. Asking prices are around 122.00 live and 190.00 plus dressed.

Boxed beef cutout values are higher in the morning report. Choice beef is up .93 at 189.27, select is .75 higher at 187.90.
