Indiana’s Democratic Senator has announced he’ll vote against the nomination of Scott Pruitt for EPA Administrator.
In a release, Joe Donnelly said he appreciates Pruitt’s desire to improve EPA’s working relationship with state partners but cannot support an EPA nominee who has sued the agency to stop the sale of E15 and attempted to block a policy designed to strengthen US energy security and promote Hoosier-grown bio-fuels.
Donnelly expressed concern with Pruitt’s record on the Renewable Fuels Standard.
