The USDA reports corn and soybean export inspections for the week ending February 9th were more than what’s needed to meet USDA projections for the 2016/17 marketing year.
Wheat came out at 307,506 tons, down 375,334 from the week ending February 2nd and 78,129 lower than the week ending February 11th, 2016. For the 2016/17 marketing year to date, wheat inspections are 17,798,538 tons, compared to 14,151,442 in 2015/16.
Corn was reported at 1,255,893 tons, up 132,702 from the previous week and 528,454 higher than this time last year.
