An analyst says as wheat prices hit four month highs last week, there’s still upside potential.
Elaine Kub tells Brownfield Wednesday’s USDA supply and demand estimates provided an unexpected boost to the wheat market.
“By raising export projections and therefore cutting the ending stocks projections, specifically for hard wheat varieties, frankly it was a little bit surprising.”
Kub says while it’s possible the market stalls at these higher levels, she’s not ruling out a continued upward trajectory.
