The Western Farm Show in Kansas City, Missouri has changed with the times as farming has changed.
Ken Dean has been the manager of the show for a long time, “The manufacturing companies are getting better. The precision ag is getting better. The people that are making the seeds and the fertilizer are getting better.”
Dean tells Brownfield that technology IS a big part of the change but not all of it, “I think what we’ve seen is the technology part of it has really made everything more efficient for farming and ranching.
