Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and President Donald Trump (on Friday) are meeting to discuss ways to strengthen the bilateral trade and investment relationship between the two countries.
As the discussions got underway, President Trump touched on trade. “For the economy we will seek a trade relationship that is free, fair, and reciprocal,” he says. “Benefiting both of our countries.”
Prime Minister Abe says he’s looking for ways to develop and grow the economic relationship between the two countries.
