Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mostly lower on spread trade and profit taking. February was up $.01 at $16.86, March was down $.06 at $16.91, April was $.11 lower at $17.02, and May was down $.09 at $17.13.
Cash cheese blocks were down $.01 at $1.61. There were four loads sold, including two at $1.61. The last unfilled bid was on one load at $1.60. The last uncovered offer was for one load at $1.62.
