The pork industry continues to discuss the issue of pork quality.

Many feel it’s time to update the pork quality grading system to create more product consistency and a better “eating experience” for consumers.

Bill Even is the CEO of the National Pork Board.

“The Pork Board has been working for, pushing three years now, to understand what are the quality attributes that consumers expect—and what does the supply chain need to understand that and how to deliver it,” Even says.
