Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were down on profit taking and demand uncertainties. January was $.01 lower at $16.74, February was down $.06 at $16.56, March was $.07 lower at $17.08, and April was down $.14 at $17.29.
Cash cheese blocks were up $.0025 at $1.69. There was one load sold at $1.69. Barrels were $.0125 higher at $1.46. There were two loads sold, one at $1.4575 and one at $1.4525.
