The president of the Organization for Competitive markets says he hopes President Trump takes a long look at all regulations before moving to repeal them.
Earlier this week President Trump issued an executive order that would delay the implementation of several regulations, including the GIPSA rule. Mike Weaver says the OCM will be sending notice to President Trump and USDA in support of the rules.
“We’re hoping that President Trump will take a look at the regulations he intends to nullify because the GIPSA rules are a good thing for farmers.
