The nation’s two leading farm-member groups are concerned about President Trump’s order to begin building a wall on the border with Mexico and how that will affect undocumented ag workers that harvest fruits and vegetables and other crops.
American Farm Bureau’s Kristi Boswell tells Agri-Pulse there is a lot of anxiety on the ground. The AFBF does support border security and Boswell says she hopes it’s a step toward moving the debate forward.
